  • Export data to XML format.
  • Patterns of shifts and days off that can be assigned to an employee. Easy to gather, edit, and apply patterns of shifts. Includes a pattern report.

  • Corrected error in reports. Missing staff and over-writing of data under some conditions.
  • Corrected error on monthly schedules. When current date was very close to the end of the month the forward and backward a month buttons did not always work properly. Sometimes a month was skipped and sometimes the data was not accessible from the monthly schedule display.

  • Work Groups were added. Groups or teams operates in conjunction with work areas on schedules and schedule reports. An employee can belong to any number of groups.
  • Added ability to email calendars to employees.
  • Enhanced security and made it easier to implement.
  • Overhauled schedule reports to make reports more uniform, compact and complete.

Scheduling Software Version 4.25 - July 5, 2005.

  • A monthly schedule was added as well as a monthly report.
  • Unpaid breaks can now be over-ridden by break length for individual staff.
  • Old HTML pages are removed from the directory each time the web reports are generated.
  • On weekly report when all areas were selected. The no cost jobs hours were included in the totals.
  • The calendar pages would link to the next month when a selected ending date was in the first few days in a month.
  • A regression error was corrected in 'bulk' processes. When selecting a staff or any item not on the first page the wrong item was returned.
  • The height of the schedule report rows would be as high as needed for any staff regardless of the work area.
